Aurora Health Care’s recruiting team looks forward to connecting with you to discuss opportunities to join our team. There are multiple ways that you can connect with one of our recruiters to discuss your interests.

Search our current job openings and click on I’m interested in learning more, that will allow you to provide your contact information and a CV. One of our recruiters will reach out to you to discuss your interest and answer your questions.

Don’t see a job posting that matches what you are looking for? Join our Physician Community, this will allow you to submit your contact information, area of interest and a CV. The recruiter assigned to your specialty will reach out to you to discuss your interests.

The Pre-employment Process

As part of our commitment to hire the best caregivers that will place the patients at the center of all that we do, we require a reference check, background check, credentialing, hair follicle drug screen, pre-employment physical and mandatory flu vaccine as a part of our hiring process. Once you have made the decision to join Aurora Health Care, you will have a dedicated specialist ready to help you through the process to ensure a smooth transition between signing and start date. The specialist will assist you throughout the licensure and credentialing process and will be there to help you through your first years so that you can build and maintain a solid, patient-centered practice. 

Advanced Practice Providers

Aurora Health Care’s recruiting team wants to learn as much about you and your background as it relates to the job that you are interested in. To collect this information, the Apply Online system is a three-step process:

  1. Searching for and locating a job(s) of interest
  2. Creating/returning to an online application/profile
  3. Submitting online application material

The average time to complete the initial process is 30-45 minutes.

Once your information is entered into the system, you may access your record at any time to check the status of your application or to apply to a new position by simply logging in with the username and password you used when you created your profile. You are also able to save a search and set up a Job Agent that will send you an email if a job that matches your criteria becomes available.

How to Apply

The Apply Online system is a three-step process

Step 1:  Searching for and locating a job(s) of interest

Perform a search.

Use the filters on the side to find your desired location, shift or full/part time status.

Keywords can be used to search for opportunities in a specific specialty or city.

Click "Search." (Click "Save Search" to set up a Job Agent and have newly posted positions meeting your interests forwarded to you via email).

Click on the title of the position you're interested in to see the job description, qualifications, hours, etc.

Step 2: Creating/returning to an online application/profile

Select a job(s) to apply to by clicking on the box(s) next to the job that you are interested in, then click on the Apply for Selected Jobs button on the bottom of the screen OR by clicking on the Apply button from within a job.

Returning Candidates- Enter your username and password and click on “Sign In”.  First time using our system- Go to "Register Now" and enter a username and a password (Do not use another person's username and click on "Register".

Step 3: Submitting online application material

Read the Application Terms & Agreements and click the box next to I have read and agree to the above terms and agreements, click “Next”.

Proceed through each tab (Preferences, Work Experience and Education, and Referral information), click “Next”.

Complete the Self-Identify: Veteran information, click “Next”.

Either complete or decline the Self-Identify: Diversity information, click “Next”.

Review your application and click on the pencil icon to modify any section.

Click “Submit Application”.

After you have applied for a position, an email acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you listed as your contact email address.
